High Tech Trading offers ideal shipping methods for any requirement. Be it low priced through our delivery partner especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

Exchange or Replacement Policy
Replacement Policy
Products are eligible for exchange within (7) days from the date of order delivery,
subject to the following
conditions:
1. The battery and/or spare parts must be unused and in their original condition.
2. The battery and/or spare parts must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
3. A valid purchase invoice or proof of order must be presented.
Important Notice:
1) Batteries and spare parts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once installed or
used, regardless of the reason.
2) The customer shall bear all shipping and handling costs associated with the exchange
process, unless the exchange is due to an error or defect caused by the store.
Warranty Policy
3) All batteries and spare parts are covered under the warranty terms and conditions
provided by the manufacturer.
4) The warranty does not cover damages or malfunctions resulting from:
a. Improper or incorrect use
b. Faulty or incorrect installation
c. Accidents, misuse, or negligence
